This precision-engineered PCB is designed specifically to create a clean, vibrant, and fully customizable glow effect for speedometer gauge needles. The PCB features a dual-circuit design, with two independent circuits and two LEDs per circuit, allowing maximum flexibility in your setup. Depending on your application requirements, you can run 1, 2, or all 4 LEDs, making it ideal for both subtle factory-style illumination and high-intensity custom needle glow projects.

It is designed to use following component sizes:

• LEDs: 1411 imperial size (3528 metric)
• Resistors: 2010 imperial size (5025 metric)

This component selection ensures reliable performance, efficient power handling, and compatibility with a wide range of custom builds.

Each set includes 7 bare PCBs and 7 precision inserts (5/8″ OD). The inserts are specifically designed to isolate the dedicated needle illumination from the main instrument cluster backlighting, effectively preventing unwanted light bleeding and ensuring a crisp, defined glow effect regardless of the choice of color.
