Warranty, Refund and Returns Policy

At Best Cluster Repair, we stand behind the quality of our products and technical services. Please review our standard policy regarding warranties, returns, and repairs below.

1. Warranty Coverage by Category

We offer specific warranty periods based on the type of item or service purchased:

  • Remanufactured Instrument Clusters: Covered by a 12-Month Warranty.

  • Repair Services: All component-level and digital repair services are guaranteed for 12 Months.

  • Brand New Items: Covered by a 6-Month Warranty.

  • Used Items / Salvage Components: Covered by a 30-Day Warranty.

2. General Terms & Exclusions

  • Labor & Third-Party Fees Excluded: Our warranty covers only the physical part or the specific repair service provided by Best Cluster Repair. No installation, removal, diagnostic, or programming labor costs are covered. Furthermore, if any programming, coding, or adaptation is performed by a third party (such as a dealership or independent shop), their fees and labor are strictly non-refundable.

  • Inspection & Restocking Fees: All returns and warranty claims are subject to a strict internal bench inspection.

    • Damaged Items: Restocking fees up to 100% may be applied to items that are returned tampered with, altered, missing warranty seals, or physically/electrically damaged during installation or diagnostic attempts.

  • Shipping Fees Non-Refundable: For all non-defective returns (such as buyer’s remorse, changed mind, or vehicle misdiagnosis), the original shipping cost is strictly non-refundable. If your item was shipped under a “free shipping” promotion, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Resolution: At our discretion, approved warranty claims will be resolved via a replacement part (if a matching substitute is available in our inventory) or a refund of the original purchase price.

3. How to Initiate a Return (RMA)

Before shipping any item back to us, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  1. Contact us directly through our website or email to request an RMA number.

  2. Shipments received without a visible RMA number or prior authorization may experience significant processing delays or rejection.

  3. Return Shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
